Just Pack It - an innovative application for optimizing order assembly processes at warehouses of major brands such as Philips and Tefal. The application utilizes advanced Bluetooth-ring technology with an integrated barcode scanner or camera, ensuring maximum accuracy and speed in order fulfillment. As soon as an order is confirmed in the online store, it automatically appears in the application. Warehouse staff take on the order and scan the product barcodes, minimizing the risk of errors in assembly. In case an incorrect item is scanned, the system instantly alerts the operator with an auditory signal, blocking the completion of the order until corrections are made. After successful order assembly, an invoice is automatically printed, and the order is sent for customer pickup or delivery. To ensure convenience and security when using a shared device among multiple employees, a multi-account feature with a pin-code system has been implemented. Now, each employee can quickly and securely log into the system using their unique pin code, preventing access overlap and ensuring the confidentiality of each user's data. This solution significantly enhances warehouse operational efficiency and customer service quality.
