This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) regulates the relations between USAva Inc. (hereinafter or Administration) on the one hand and the user of the site on the other.

The website is not a media outlet.

Rights and obligations of the parties

The user has the right to:

  • do not use scripts (programs) for automated information collection and/or interaction with Website and its Services
The Administration undertakes:
  • to maintain the functionality of the site, except in cases when it is impossible for reasons beyond the control of the Administration.
  • provide comprehensive protection of the User account
  • protect information whose dissemination is restricted or prohibited by laws by issuing warnings or by deleting the user account that violated the rules
  • provide all available information about the User to the authorized state authorities authorities in cases established by law

Liability of the parties

  • the user personally bears full responsibility for the information distributed by him
  • the administration does not bear any responsibility for the accuracy of information copied from other sources
  • the Administration is not responsible for the discrepancy between the User's expected and actually received services
  • the administration does not bear any responsibility for the services provided by third parties
  • in the event of a force majeure situation (hostilities, state of emergency, natural disaster disaster, etc.) The Administration does not guarantee the safety of the information posted by the User, as well as uninterrupted operation of the information resource

Terms of the Agreement

This Agreement comes into force for any use of this site. The Agreement ceases act when a new version of it appears. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this agreement is at your discretion. The administration does not notify users about changes in Agreement.
